ABOUT MARIACHI USA

Since 1990, MARIACHI USA has set the standard for mariachi music presentation worldwide, bringing its glory to one of the greatest concert venues, the Hollywood Bowl. Producer Rodri J. Rodriguez of Rodri Entertainment founded the festival with a clear artistic purpose: to present mariachi music with the reverence, production excellence, and cultural integrity it deserves.

Thirty-eight years later, that commitment stands. Each performance honors the depth and sophistication of a musical tradition that spans generations and borders. Mariachi music occupies a unique place in the cultural sphere. It is rooted in Mexican heritage, embraced by millions, and recognized worldwide for its expressive power and artistic complexity. MARIACHI USA celebrates that legacy at the highest level, giving audiences an experience that is both intimately familiar and genuinely extraordinary. The festival’s reach extends off the stage. Through the MARIACHI USA Foundation, Rodri J. Rodriguez invests in the future of the art form. The foundation funds mariachi music education for students throughout Los Angeles. It nurtures the next class of musicians with the dedication that has defined the festival since its first year. MARIACHI USA: A tradition of excellence, celebrated every year.
