Welcome to Rodri’s Round Table. One of the unique charms of MARIACHI USA at the Hollywood Bowl is celebrating family, pride and tradition…the most delicious of these traditions is the culinary experience. In the last 19 years we have tasted everything from peanut butter tamales to chile rellenos stuffed with raspberry! Create a unique and tasty recipe and enter to win the title of Official MUSA Chef…send it to rodrisroundtable@rodri.com. Each month until June, one recipe will be selected and posted here in Rodri’s Roundtable. The five winners will be recognized at the Hollywood Bowl as our official “MUSA Chefs” and receive prizes that will be listed on mariachiusa.com.
